Travers Potticary - Sevice Manager. Travers started working for Jim Best Ford in May 2009. After previously working in Adelaide in dealerships as a technician and various other roles in service departments over 25 years. Trvaers is responsible for organising the service and spare parts department as well as warranty claims. Enthusiastically helps customers with all service and spare parts enquiries. Born in Mallala and lives in Kapunda with his family. Enjoys his new role and lifestyle. |

Traci Noble - Service Adviser. Traci started in the Service and Parts Office in March 2009, where she has commenced her traineeship as a Service and Parts Advisor. Growing up with three older brothers and a Father who is a Mechanic, Traci jumped into her position in the Service and Parts Department with much enthusiasm. Traci's role includes assisting customers in the servicing of their vehicle, handling spare parts and processing warrenty claims. Traci thoroughly enjoys her position at Jim Best Ford and is happy to help anyone with Service and Parts enquiries. |

Steve Watts - Technician. Steve is married to Michelle and lives in Clare. Steve started with us in 1996 and has worked his way up to Master Technician which is the highest level achievable as a Ford Technician |

Robbie Garlan - Trainee Technician. Robbie joined us in August 2004 when he started out detailing vehicles. Robbie has since stepped into the workshop to learn the tools of the trade as an Apprentice Technician. He has graduated into his 2nd year ahead of schedule and is really enjoying the challenges of the mechanical industry. |

Greg Scott - Trainee Technician. Greg has recently joined the team at Jim Best Ford. Greg brings with him a wealth of experience as an automotive technician having had extensive training on many makes and models. Greg has recently moved to Yacka and is looking forward to getiing involved in the local community. |
